No it is not a matter of who leave the last word. It is the truth in court that counts. Responding can just give them more power. Some times the best response is no reply.
In court the Judge has the last word, and final word. My ex hates that I do not take her bait.  It means I control me.

thanks DAD1..you are right about the final word. after i send him pictures and tell him about the babys well being he insists on sending me emails that i dont give him enough information and i dont respond to his question of him picking up the baby. when i have already told him over text but he probably thinks i didnt save that one..he is just trying i guess to build this case against me to make it seem i am just completely denying him. silly guy. =)
i know once court comes he is just going to try and bash me but to my understanding judges do not like that?? parents bashing one another?? i mean he has nothing bad agaisnt me. hes just the one that screws up and is nasty about everything. from his behavior i know hes just mad things are not going his way. |

hey guys!!! sooo.. i actually found text messages that i had saved from BD apologizing and admitting to threatning me!!! i had completely forgotten about them!..he is basically apologizing and admitting his wrongs and saying how his anger got the best of him and things like that...is that something that can be counted against him?..i just want to show that his unstable behavior..also on a police report..he tried suicide after that..the officer wrote he believes that BD needs medical help and is a danger to himself and others!!!!..this has to mean something?! right??

As LSL says, show all this to your lawyer, but I do believe it will be very helpful in terms of thing like getting supervised visitation and maybe requireing him to get some help for his issues before he is ever allowed to be alone with the child.
