I am separated and it feels wonderful. I now have peace and unspeakable joy

. When we were together either we were arguing or just not speaking at all and that ended in us fighting and him leaving. Now I don't have to worry about him cursing me out in front of our children and possibly putting his hands on me. I can truly say that I have not felt this peace in a long time. I thank God for that!

God provides Peace that surpasses all understanding. He got me through my separation and divorce, and that was not a small thing. God uses people to help.

I know this feeling well, DKAA. Scared as I was to leave, at the time, once I was separated and away from him, I felt such incredible relief. I so hated walking around on eggshells day in and day out, waiting for the other shoe to drop. Sounds like you were in a similar situation. I'm glad you are out of there too.

Amen! I can truly say that he has given me that Peace and now I'm in the process of divorce. I can not wait until I can say that I'm single Again! All I can do is thank the Lord for another chance at life more abundantly!

Yes. I was scared at first even though it was like I was alone when he was here, but once I allowed God to be that everything to me I was able to step out on faith, make that move and never turn back. You know, it's a little hard raising 4 children, but I rather raise them alone with the help of God than to be dead and my children without a mother.

Good for every that had to get out of there "Relationship" But to me, it is not the greatest feeling. I am missing my best friend and the father of my only child thus far. We've been separted for 2months and do not want to divorce but we are trying to make it work. and I am praying that it works.
