Well, she is the one that is trying to give permanent guardianship of our son to her parents to keep me from having custody and her having to pay CS. She is also the one that is defaulting on the divorce...

Haven't heard a peep from her on it. I guess she's finally realized how screwed she is all around!

An old friend of my ex's was talking to me to day She asked how I was doing. I said I missed somethings about being married, but I did not miss her at all. The gal just grinned and said how much better (less stress) I seem to be now. I wondered later if my ex had heard that chat how she react. Today is another great day!!! And each gets better.

Some how I don't think my ex would see any humor in this

Dad I share that sentiment.....doing better each day. A friend told me...."living with her must have been.....challenging at times"....LOL Dont' get me wrong I loved her, but it was not a bed of roses all the time.

Funny how much we will put up with for Love and to keep our Families intact. Up to a point, then it's time to start the healing.

I don't think I'll e-mail happy Divorce Anniversary to my ex

. That would start an atomic explosion!

I wouldn't do it because she would react very nastily. But also, because then she'd know she was on my mind, and that I was thinking of "things" and taking note. She would interpret it as I was still in love and mourning her leaving. Even if I thought of it I would let it go.
Having said that I still think it is funny.

Daddy, had a good laugh at that one! Being able to move past the pain from our losses and see humor where we can is a good sign.

Well its funny anyway. Personally I wouldn't do it because getting him riled just really isn't productive but if a friend told me that they sent that I would have laughed.

My stbx texted me that on our anniversary, I texted back happy coronation day (it was the anniversary of Queen Elizabeths coronation). Didnt know what else to say....
